Returns and Exchanges

The color of the product may differ from the image on the website. This is due to different settings of the screens of the devices from which the products are viewed. All products are handmade and may have minor flaws in the form of air bubbles, not perfectly smooth surfaces and edges.

Return and exchange of goods is possible only if there are no signs of use.

All critical defects must be documented with photos or videos within 24 hours of receipt before use. In case of return or exchange, shipping is at your expense.

Please note that all shipments are fully insured and packaged in accordance with the carrier's policies. If you receive damaged goods, request a full refund from the selected carrier. We are not responsible for items damaged by the carrier. Receiving an order without checking the contents at the post office is considered confirmation of its proper condition. In such a case, claims for damage will not be considered after receipt.
