This offer (the “Offer”) is addressed to an unlimited number of persons wishing to purchase goods from the online store https://letspanco.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Online Store”). The Offer establishes the rules and procedures for the sale of goods through the Online Store and regulates the relationship between the Buyer and the Seller in connection with the sale of goods through the Online Store and the provision of related services.

A Buyer wishing to purchase goods from the Online Store must carefully review the terms contained in this Offer and, if accepted, agree to the terms of the Agreement set out below.

This Agreement is a public contract in accordance with the Civil Code of Ukraine (Articles 633 and 641) and the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce” (Article 11).

Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this Agreement is to provide the Buyer with the opportunity to purchase, for personal needs not related to entrepreneurial activity, the Goods presented in the catalog of the Online Store under the terms and conditions of this Agreement. This Agreement governs the purchase and sale of goods in the Online Store, including:

voluntary selection of goods by the Buyer in the Online Store;
independent placement of an order by the Buyer in the Online Store;
payment by the Buyer for the order placed in the Online Store;
processing, delivery, and transfer of the order to the Buyer under the terms of this Agreement.

Basic Terms

Website – a collection of information resources located on the Internet at https://letspanco.com.

Online Store – the online website located at https://letspanco.com, where the Goods offered by the Seller for purchase are presented, as well as the terms of payment and delivery of Goods to the Buyer.

Website User – a visitor to the website https://letspanco.com.

Buyer – an individual, visitor to the Website, who accepts the terms of this Agreement and intends to order or purchase Goods exclusively for personal needs not related to entrepreneurial activity.

Seller – Sole Proprietor Panchenko A.A.

Acceptance – actions of the Buyer/User aimed at accepting the terms of this Offer.

Order – a properly completed request by the Buyer for the purchase and delivery of goods selected on the Website to the address specified by the Buyer.

Sale of Goods through the Online Store – the sale of goods through the conclusion of an electronic agreement based on the Buyer’s review of the product description offered by the Seller and contained in the Online Store catalog, excluding the possibility of direct examination of the Goods by the Buyer at the time of concluding such agreement.

Goods – decorative ceramic products, lighting items, and accessories presented for sale on the Seller’s Website.

Offer/Proposal – information posted on the Website regarding a specific product that may be purchased by the Buyer. The Proposal includes information about the product, product price, payment and delivery methods, as well as other terms of purchase. The terms of the Proposal are determined by the Seller. The Proposal does not constitute an offer but only information about possible methods of purchasing the product.

Purchase without Registration – a type of product order on the Website where the Buyer may place an order without completing the registration procedure on the Seller’s Website.

Status Message – a message sent by the Seller to the Website User’s email address or mobile phone number containing information about the order status. Such messages may be received by the Website User when performing relevant actions (placing an order) and do not require additional consent.

Informational Message – a message sent by the Seller to the Client’s email address or mobile phone number containing information about special offers, promotions, Seller’s news, and other notifications.

Contacts – one of the methods of informational support for Buyers/Visitors. Address of the page for communication requests.

Responses to inquiries are provided from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM on business days (GMT+2).

General Provisions

The Seller sells Goods through the Online Store located at https://letspanco.com.

By ordering Goods through the Online Store, the Buyer agrees to the terms of sale specified in this Agreement. If the Buyer disagrees, they must refrain from placing orders through the Online Store.

These Terms of Sale, as well as the product information presented on the Website, constitute a public offer in accordance with Article 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce.”

The Agreement enters into force (is deemed concluded) from the moment the Seller receives a properly completed Order from the Buyer, which must include:

email address, surname, first name, contact phone number of the Buyer or designated recipient, and delivery address;
product name, quantity, and price;
delivery cost in accordance with the terms specified in the “Delivery and Returns” section.

The Seller has the right to unilaterally amend the terms of this Offer at any time. Such amendments become effective upon publication of the new version.

The Seller shall not be liable for failure to fulfill obligations if the information provided by the Buyer during ordering is inaccurate or incomplete.

Product Information and Pricing

Photographs of Goods presented on the Website may slightly differ from the actual appearance of the Goods. Product descriptions/specifications are provided for informational purposes only. The Online Store does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the materials regarding the Goods presented on the Website; only the main characteristics are indicated. Full information about the product may be obtained by contacting the contact center consultants during business hours via messages in the Contacts section of the Website or by writing to: letspanco@gmail.com.

The Seller may amend product descriptions or photographs at any time without prior notice. The Online Store shall not be liable for any damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption) arising from the use, inability to use, or results of using the Website.

The price of the product displayed on the Website is indicated in Ukrainian hryvnias and may be converted into the selected currency in the Currencies section.

Information about products posted on https://letspanco.com is provided for informational purposes only.

The Buyer agrees that the price, assortment, and quantity of products added to the “Cart” are valid only at the time the Cart is formed and may change if the purchase has not been finalized by clicking the “Confirm Order” button.

All products presented on the Website are original.

The price including discounts or promotional offers is indicated in the “Cart” when placing the order. By clicking the “Place Order” button, the Buyer agrees to purchase the Goods at the price indicated in the Cart.

The Seller may unilaterally change the price of Goods on the Website. However, the price of Goods already ordered by the Buyer shall not be changed.

The Seller has the right to provide discounts, conduct promotions, and establish special prices for Goods. The types of discounts, as well as the procedure and conditions for granting them, may be changed unilaterally by the Seller.

If the price of the ordered Goods is incorrectly indicated, the Seller shall inform the Buyer in order to confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel the order. If it is impossible to contact the Buyer, the order shall be considered canceled. If the order has already been paid for, the Seller shall refund the amount paid to the Buyer’s payment card.

Order Placement

The Buyer independently places an order by freely selecting the desired Goods, adding them to the “Cart,” and confirming the selection by clicking the “Place Order” button. After placing the order, the Buyer will receive a confirmation message via the contact details specified during checkout (email and/or mobile phone number) or information regarding the expected delivery date if the Goods are unavailable.

If the ordered Goods are unavailable in the Seller’s warehouse, the Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer’s Order by notifying the Buyer via a phone call, email, or mobile message. In the event of cancellation of a prepaid Order, the cost of the Goods shall be refunded to the Buyer’s payment card.

By placing an Order, the Buyer confirms agreement with the terms of this Offer and consents to the processing of personal data. The Buyer confirms that they have reviewed the “Delivery and Returns” and “Payment” sections of the Website, agrees with them, and fully understands them. The Seller reserves the right to change the delivery time with subsequent notification to the Buyer.

The Buyer bears the risk of adverse consequences resulting from providing false information that made it impossible for the Seller to properly fulfill obligations to the Buyer.

Order confirmation is carried out without a consultant’s phone call, by means of an email or mobile message.

The Seller has the right to refuse transfer of the order to the Buyer if the information provided during checkout is incomplete or raises doubts regarding its authenticity. In the event of cancellation of a prepaid order, the cost of the Goods shall be refunded to the Buyer’s payment card.

If the ordered Goods are unavailable, the Buyer has the right to replace them with another product or cancel the Order through messages in the Contacts section or by sending an appropriate email.
